First treatment or quarterly program, the discipline is the same: find it, treat it, flag the way in, and keep watching it.

Inspection

Service starts with a slow walk of the exterior — foundation gaps, utility penetrations, door sweeps, moisture, and the evidence of what's actually active. Diagnosis before treatment, every time.

Exterior treatment

A perimeter application along the foundation, entry points, and the routes pests actually travel — professional products applied to label, concentrated where they work.

Exclusion work

Treatments fade; sealed entry points don't. Where we find gaps — pipe penetrations, siding seams, vents — we pinpoint the doorway and the fix so pests lose the route in, not just the colony.

Bait-station monitoring

Exterior rodent bait stations placed where rodents travel, then inspected and refilled on return visits — monitoring that catches pressure before it ever reaches the house.
